Step 1: The text or call. You reach out for a free quote. Mary in our office finds a time that works for you. No pressure, no hard sell.

Step 2: The walkthrough. Brian comes to your home to see the space in person. He measures, checks the condition of things like your electrical panel and any moisture, and listens to what you want. This is the most important step. A good plan starts with an honest look at what you're working with. 

Step 3: The quote. We put together a clear, written estimate. You'll see what the work includes and what it costs before anything begins. If you'd like to spread out payments, we can walk you through financing.

Step 4: Design and permits. Once you approve, we finalize the design and pull any permits your city requires. In Livingston and Oakland County towns, permit rules vary, so we handle that paperwork for you. 

Step 5: The build. Our crew gets to work. Steve, our general manager, keeps the project on track and catches issues before they become problems. You'll always know what's happening and what's next. 

Step 6: The final walkthrough. We go through the finished space together and don't call it done until you're happy.
